Lousy support for a long standing custome

My wife is a long standing customer of yours. She's recently got a new job, and needs the signature of a commissioner of oaths for some corporate paperwork.

You were entirely unhelpful and declared that because the paperwork was not "strictly Nedbank related" you could not assist. Never mind that her pay cheque was going to her account with you.

I had recommended she visit her bank (Nedbank) after I got great service from an Absa bank manager for some similar paperwork for myself last year.

I'm going to be reviewing our banking arrangements, Nedbank, this is just pathetic.
