Make things happen i doubt this

I have been a client a with Nedbank for many years and I have tolerated a lot just to build a relationship it turns out that this is not the case they could not care less. I have a business account and a personal acct. For starters the paperwork involved is endless all forms mostly the same questions fustrating. I once app for a h/loan with Nedbank thinking im a customer of theirs and would get the best but no Absa came to the party although I was not a client of ABSA.I recently app for an overdraft and my acc is in great standing and I have a rec limit knows why this is and when you wnt to access this they have all the excuses in the world. I app for below the reccomended limit last week Tue 14/513 Was sent another form to complete the next day asking basically the same questions again. Then the excuses began over exposed insolvent financials yet im their client. I get a call from the business banker this Fri to say i must ceed a policy in order for them to review. What a load of hogwash pathetic im am their client never had any returns good scoring never behind on any of my paymnts for the past few mnths.app another bank and was app with no issue.very dissapointed def be moving
