I have logged a points allocation query exactly one week ago. I have found out yesterday that this was not even escalated. The bank is blaming Ebucks and vice versa. No one takes responsibility about the situation and no one can resolve this. I have also found out that I was actually robbed of 400 points instead of the 200 that I first identified. The chances of this getting sorted out is minimal. No one can help. Even emailed RB Jacobs, but to no avail. I need my money back for the last 3 months insurance as I did not get the points.
