Still no Ebucks for insurance products held!

Currently I pay for two of the insurance products that FNB has on offer to boost Ebucks. Roadside assistance and Smart device Insurance. It clearly states that the more products you have, the higher the points allocation. For the 3rd month in a row, I have only received 200 points. I need to get a refund as this is breach of contract and if I don't get my points then surely they need to refund me.

I have spoken to a number of people in the premier suite, yet this has not been sorted out. I'm not sure what else to do. Even senior management can't sort this out for me. The people I have spoken to last: Rochelle Kisten, RB Jacobs.

Either I'm just being ignored or they just keep on lying to me. I have asked for Rochelle's manager to see if that person can help. I doubt this as I've spoken to so many people and yet after confirmation emails from themselves, this is once again calculated incorrectly.

I hope everyone that sees this report will think twice. Please look at all my other FNB Reports as well. It's about the issues I have had with FNB Premier the past 6 months. Come to think of it, they are actually my money. I pay for the products, but get no reward for it.
