FNB & e-Bucks confused

In October I applied for a credit card from FNB, they also had this nifty promotion running whereby you'd received X amount of e-Bucks for applying before the end of October, and the points would be allocated to your e-Bucks account by the 18th November. I still have not received my points and any attempt to figure out what is going on leaves me running in circles, because FNB says e-Bucks is responsible for the points and e-Bucks says FNB is responsible for the allocation of the points. I've never had any problems with my bank or e-Bucks until now. How can nobody know anything about who I should speak to, to resolve this confusion?
