Poor service from FNB Ebucks

I have repeatedly asked FNB to explain the anomalies in their Ebucks allocation of points. Most of the agents are either incompetent or poorly trained. Eventually I was put in contact with a 'supervisor', who promised to come back to me to explain why my points were being incorrectly calculated. That was 5 days ago.
No response as yet. I am tired of pursuing a scheme that is supposed to reward loyalty but is actually compelling me to change banks! Get your act together FNB
