Lost the car RIDICULOUS service. Incompetent!!

They have no record of a car being in an accident although they authorized the car to be towed away. This is after a month of not getting any feedback from them 3 different brokers have handled this claim for what reason I do not know. They now after a month do not know where the car is or anything and the call centre staff are absolutely incompetent and rude they are suppose to make your life easy not give you constant problems and excuses. This is the worst insurance company on the planet. And when I ask to speak to a superior they to me!!! A month and I had to cal them 4 times to get no answers and then I find out they don't k ow where the car is and then the staff argue with me and are rude to me. RIDICULOUS!!!
