Hope you had a lovely holiday. Guess what!!! your trace alert on Trans Union is still there, Your Stephan Lindsay sent me a letter confirming that this matter has been abandoned. Now either you bunch did not inform Trans Union to remove it or Trans Union failed to carry out your instruction, WHICH ONE IS IT?

Just to let you know I have sent your Michelle Barrett a LETTER OF DEMAND for damages.

I cannot believe that a company like yours can behave like this. As a former employee of yours who is a friend of mine said " You have to have no MORALS " to work for DMC, him and I are sharing notes at the moment and it makes interresting info regarding your companies APPROACH towards debt collecting.
