REMOVAL OF ADMINISTRATION

I want to clear administration from my credit records. I finished paying way back in 2008 an I received a clearing letter 74u order, which I forwarded to Trans Union for them to clear my name. Trans union told me they also needed a Section 74Q (RESCISSION OF ADMINISTRATION) to remove my name and it's obtained from Bellville court. I went Bellville court to obtain the said letter, they could not help me, they said that if I finished paying administration, only section74U is issued so that the credit bureau can remove my name. They also told me the section 74Q is only issued to people who want to continue paying the debts they have under administration and thus clearing their details from credit bureau. In all, it's a hustle for for me to clear my name as I am being sent from pillar to post to clear my name and I cannot wait for another 5yrs. Please help me to remove my details from Trans union. Your assistance will be much appreciated.
