I logged my query with MBD on the 13th of August regarding a trace alert that they've placed at Trans-Union. I then got an email from Khayelihle Mfuphi saying they've logged a request with Trans-union, which will take 3 working days & I should contact them (MBD) to get a reference number. I've send two emails already requesting the reference number & no-one has got back to me yet. Can someone send me the Trans-union reference number please...
