Payout?

I recently posted a complaint regarding the above company about my claim. Claim no: cs1065978. We have now been paid out for our second claim. Here is the catch. We were in residence and our alarm was not activated, they broke in and our cell phones and we have been paid out. Our first claim when we were not in residence and the person responsible did not activate our alarm as well as switching our fence off and we are not getting paid out. This does not make any sense. Please can I get an answer as to how your systems work?
