Poor Service, poor initiation of contract

After being with standard bank for 24 years, I opened 2 new accounts: One was a credit card account (as this is supposed to be a value add on my existing cheque elite card (supposed to have no fees, etc) & a 2nd account for my 20 month old daughter. for 3 weeks Standard bank branches & telephone call center could not confirm fee structures for said credit card (What was agreed upon on phone through call center, different detail to the actual branch application details, which was different to the agreement that I recieved POST signing the credit card card aquiring documentation). No one at standard bank was aware of the offering (even though it was aired on TV and splashed all over the website) & after 3 weeks & countless phone calls and multiple branch visits, they confirmed there were no fees. Only to later suspend my daughters account (not the credit card) because of lack of documentation. Kinda scary when both accounts were opened in the same setting at the same branch through the same consultant.
Standard Bank, you at service. & scarier - youre documentation and account mgt is shocking. Prob even criminal. Right up there with over charging me on my home loan fees (3 yrs)
