Michelle Reeve owes me money

We dealt with Michelle Reeve, the owner of The Perfect Plan to arrange an engagement party. In many areas she did not provide what we requested and paid for in advance. Michelle Reeve billed us for items that were not provided on the day. As a result we had to run around the last minute and exercise crisis management trying to save the day. Needles to say this cost us a substantial amount of money. This resulted in Michelle owing us R 7 000.00 as a refund. Michelle agreed to reimburse us, however she has not been forthcoming with the outstanding funds and seems to have "disappeared" off the scene. I have sent Michelle numerous e-mails to which she has not had the courtesey to respond and it is quite obvious that she is avoiding us. I have no choice but to take legal action and I hope that she does not put other clients in this unfortunate predicament.
