False advertising... R400 promise

I spent over 20 minutes with a call centre agent who's name I think is Marlin. I went through the entire process and eventually got a quote that was a few hundred rands higher than my current insurance company. They even tried to discount the amount and even though it was still higher than my current, the agent kept insisting that I should sign up cos of the outbonus. I then told him that if you factor in the outbonus and subtract it from the monthly premiums it still isn't cheaper.By this time his tone changed and then suggests that I stick to my insurance company. And just as he was about to cut the call I jumped in and asked him ". What about the R400 due to me since you couldn't beat my Quote" he pauses and then rudely asks me if I had only called in for the R400 payout and I was so irritated by him by then so I replied and said yes I did! He then goes on to tell me be will get someone to call me for this. I am still waiting for them to call me n pay me. Why advertise something you train your staff not to make mention and fulfill? Well done, I will never sign up with outsurance! With false advertising like that imagine what else is falsely advertised in people's policies???
