Bank Account frozen despite FICA compliance

Despite having attended Standard Bank Rondebosch branch three times to submit documents for FICA in one month, and having been assured that all the required documents have been submitted, my account has been frozen. On top of it all, the whole experience to date was a nightmare: I returned the second time to update a lease agreement, only to be told to submit the documents I submitted the first time AGAIN. I also had to bring a printed form from my guardian confirming I reside with her, despite the fact that I had a letter from her saying exactly that with me. The third time I was told the documents I brought the second time was sufficient. When I phoned about the account being frozen, I was informed that all the documents are on the system but not captured. I was told to go in to a branch so that they could capture it. I switched to an Access acount because I started a new job. I now had to go in late x 4 in order to do this - twice of which seem to be due to Standard Bank's mess up. I sent an email to the customer contact centre on Wednesday last week and despite threatening with a report here, to the Ombudsman and the Consumer Commission I have still not received any response.
