Eceived sms 4rom std bank 2 provide fica documents n took then 2 4ways branch n after 2 monts still received sms same sms n got a call 4rom a consultant that will get the docs at my home which sounded suspicious n unprofessional, i then tuk the docs 2 maponya mall branch twice n stil my account is stil frozen n was promised that my account will work after an hour the first time i went 2 maponya branch 24 july and the second time 03 august the consultent called helpdesk n was guaranteed that will b called by 05 august n account will work on that day.still the account is frozen
