Account Frozen! What did I do to deserve this??

I am very disappointed in Standard Bank, after being a loyal customer for 8 years now. I am quite shocked that my savings (now access) account has been frozen for the THIRD time. I have regularly submitted my documents to them and updated my details on a regular basis yet they still freeze my account.

What really disgusts me is that in MARCH 2013 (This year) I went to Standard Bank Westgate and submitted my documents (proof of residence etc) and updated my details as I recently moved houses. The consultant supposedly captured and submitted my new details. Yet on Saturday, 15 June 2013 my account has been frozen. I called the call centre and the consultant informed me that my FICA is incomplete?

Why do I have to continuously take time out of my schedule to stand in queues and see consultants that are clearly not doing their job? I have to keep getting updated documents over and over again and submit them at the branch and STILL have my account frozen!! When is this going to end??

I know people that have the same account as me yet have never had their accounts frozen. What have I done to have mine frozen not once, but THREE times!!
