This is a respectful request to Standard Bank to assist us in obtaining a much improved service from a company called Ingwe Loss Adjusters, mandated to represent Standard Bank Home Owners Insurance in respect of claims. We have had shocking service from them, are still waiting since the 8th November 2012 for them to get the claim correct and pay us out for hail damage to our home. They are extremely unprofessional, rude and do not revert to YOUR customers when promising to do so. Standard Bank, this company is representing YOU to your clients. We have been extremely happy with Standard Bank having been customers for a number of year, but an experience like the one we have been going through since November 2012 can quickly change an opinion of a company / Institution. I am extending Standard Bank an opportunity to sort this problem out. I have a reference number now and my next communication will be to the Ombudsman. You can contact me for the Claim Number.
