Empty Promises

I have received a quote for Mismart on the 4th of Jan. The quote clearly states that there is no excess. On the 5th of Jan I have accepted the quote on condition that there is no excess. This was confirmed by a manager over the phone.

a month later I receive a mail about my policy. as I go through it I see that firstly they over charge me for the month and secondly they have added the R250 excess to the mismart policy.
