Worst company I have ever worked with!!!

Its just problem upon problem upon problem upon problem... It never stops!!!
Always holding on for between 5 and 10 minutes and then when spoken to you guys NOTHING
ever gets done, there no internal communication whatsoever!
My Internet banking is not responding and I urgently need to do business??
I have complained a few weeks ago on this website but never got a responds?!
WHAT IS GOING ON???
