Internet banking still a problem after 5 weeks

It is now five weeks that I have not been able to log onto my internet banking. With all the to and fro communication, the problem still persists. No one apparently has the know how to solve the problem. I have been called numerous times, but still the problem persistsAnd every time I want to do a balance inquiry, I have to pay for it at the atm. Am I going to be compensated???
