Double deduction of Payment

I bought groceries at Pick n Pay Maponya Mall on the 25th January 2013 and the amount went through even received the sms but to my suprise now they have taken the money from my account yesterday setting me back financially. This is so unacceptable as this is not the first time happening it happened in December/January as well bought groceries at the same PnP in December and the money was taken in January and this puts a back rating on my account due to overlimit overdraft. Can anyone clarify as I've been double billed.
