Account closed without notification/justification

A savings account was closed without any notification and without the funds in that account being transferred to any of my other accounts. I have been a loyal client of Nedbank for 35 years and the response i got for my enquiry about this matter was totally unacceptable! I have been asked to fill in a form in order to receive my money back, which after all of this, is completely ridiculous as i never had to fill out a form to close my account as this was done in a very arbitrary fashion! I resent being treated as a non entity! I have 3 accounts plus a bond account with Nedbank and my wife also has an account at the same branch, however, we are now seriously considering taking our business elsewhere.
