Old Mutual share dividends

I have sent a complaint (11 January 2013) to Computershare's Complaints division regarding some administration hassles regarding my late father's Old Mutual share dividends. When I call to follow up on the resolution of the matter, I am told that they are not in possession of my emails. I have sent emails to Marie Speyn [Email Removed] and Khumo Mohale [Email Removed] numerous times. In frustration, today I requested that Khumo Mohale sent me a test email to make sure that I was forwarding my complaint to the correct email address. He did so and I used the same email address to forward my grievance and requested that an acknowledgement of receipt be conveyed. I tried calling him twice on 0113707827 and the call is miraculously disconnected on both accounts. Despite this futile exercise of trying to get ahold of someone to assist me, I left a message with Marie Speyn on Wednesday 6 January 2013 requesting that Mr Mohale contacts me. She assured me that my call will be returned on Thursday, 7 January 2013. To date, I am still awaiting for that call. To say that I have exhausted my patience with Computershare is an understatement.
