Std bank appalling service

I am still waiting for my wall to be repaired after the botched job by Std Banks supplier. Samantha makes and never keeps her many promises. I have been waiting almost two years for the matter to be resolved. Can someone in charge please take some action. My trust in Std Bank has surely been eroded.
