Bad Service

I went to African Bank on Wednesday because i needed assistance. I already have had dealings with African Bank for /- 3yrs and have never had any unpaid debits or anything of that nature. I was told on Thursday that the loan was apporved and waiting for it to be pay out. When i inquired again i was ytold to come back to the branch to re sign because my physical address was not captured (but my mail comes to me). I mean if i am already on your system and you debit me kon tiume and i pay on time why am i being sent from pillar to post and also being told it is in forensic. What the for... Capitec Bank does not give me these kind of hassles...
