Promises, Promises and no feedback

FNB offers me an platinum cheque account, a personal banker, credit card etc etc, but they uses CCD Couriers to deliver the cards. HAHAHA, you know, with all respect, it is like selling a Ferrari and then you use a baboon to deliver the Ferrari to your home! It will never arrive in a good condition. The point I want to make is, the cards was not delivered and when I report to FNB about the situation, they promised to give feedback, it is now two days later and no feedback or Email yet!! So, I cancelled your offer in the meantime and are back at ABSA again. Please investigate the root cause and change your strategy by using CCD Couriers, you will loose more customers, Im only one of those customers!!!
