Wat a stink

I recently ordered my private banking cards and I was told by my bank that the cards will be delivered in three working days of which I accepted I can sadly tell south Africa it's been three weeks and ccd is holding my cards to ransom and they tell me that my banker instructed not to deliver them and ma banker tells me that he Neva issued such an instruction and he is still battling to get them from ccd they are so arrogant however I'm in a process of filing and obtain a court order.
