Bad choice of service provide

FNB uses CCD Couriers to deliver their cards. It is of great concern that FNB is oblivious to the bad service that their clients are receiving from CCD. I have been struggling for two weeks with CCD and today I decided to phone FNB and ask them to please sort out the mess with CCD. I asked them to cancel my cards. FNB then suggested that CCD Couriers deliver my cards to the branch of my choice. I asked the lady specifically to ensure that CCD couriers do not contact me again to arrange for the delivery of my cards because I do not want to deal with them again. She confirmed that they will not contact me again and that they will deliver the cards to the branch of my choice. Three calls later from "CCD" I decided to just put down the phone and let CCD do whatever they want to do. CCD do not deliver service and FNB just do not care. The thing that concerns me the most is the fact that I am paying for extremely bad service from CCD. FNB just do not care because my banking fees are paying for their bad choice of service provider. How is it possible that a bank can be so oblivious to the service their clients receive from a third party service provider they chose. Shocking
