I have lodged a claim on the 11th November 2012 and today is the 08th February and still no response. When I call in to find out what the progress is they keep telling me they will get the consultant to call me back and no one ever does. I called again today and same response. I am now just fed up with this service. All they have to do is refund me for damages that the plumber they appointed has caused. When you ask to speak to the Manager, there is never one available.
