Outsurance
R400 cash back not real??

I got a quote from Outsurance that is way more than what i am currently paying, even with broker fees etc. I definitely qualify as all information given is exactly what my policy states, i was quoted on the min excess which is R1000 as they don't have the excess buy back option which i have in my current policy. So, I tried to submit my details and a copy of my current policy Schedule on their quote promotion website and it keeps coming back with a "whoops we can't process your request right now" Is this a tactic i wonder? I did phone them back and they advised they would be in contact.
Lets see if they come back to me, but by all the other complaints, it looks like this is false advertising and the Consumer Protection Act should be applied!
I won't hold my breath!
