Forced to pay car insurance from absa

My name is Lindiwe Nhlapho and i have vehicle account with Absa since 20012 March, i descovered in december 2012 that Absa added car insurance of R698 on top of my monthly instalment of R1989 in november 2012 without my consent. Cindy barker who called me and harrassed me and treatning to repossess my car because im apparently behind with my monthly payments. i told her about the insurance charge that was added without my authorisation and she promised to fix it and she never did instead she disappeared. on wednesday i was called my a call center agent that disrespected me, was very unprofessional and demanded i make a payment because im behind, i asked her what was my instalment she said its R2698 and its final. i aslo recieved a statement of account that shows the insurance still billed even for this month. im so disgusted and victimised by the way absa is treating me as a client, they are bullies who faorced me to join thier rediculous car insurance which i refuse to do. i am gonna tell everyone that absa is bad news, they are that abuse their clients rights and make treats when they want thier way. all i want is that the insurance charge from november be reversed!
