Insurance loaded without my authority

Absa emailed to me a monthly statement and I realized that they have added insurance. firstly i was transfered from on department to another. When i spoke with the call cente agent she said Absa insurance brokers tried to contact me, this is a pure LIE. How come i recieved their invoice but not any correspondence from them stating that they are trying to get hold of me, they are.

I have taken insurance with King Price insurance, now in March 25, I will pay for two policies (premiums). I dont want their stupid policy. Nobody sold it to me. how can I pay for something i did not buy. ABSA must cancel the policy and I want them to also pass credits for the extra daily interest charges they are charging me because of this extra amount they have added on the invoice. I also want ABSA to reimburse me for the calls I have made to their call centre. This bank has totured me, I will never apply for VF again from ABSA. I am sure if my account can be in arrears Absa will treat me like a monster or a criminal.
