PicknPay Charged me Twice - RCS IGNORES me

On the 3rd January i bought R750 groceries at the Pick n Pay in Centurion. I received a sms stating the money was deducted from my available balance. The next day i checked my balance again and saw i was in a minus amount. Pick and Pay placed the amount through again. I phone RCS and THEY CONFIRMED they see the double payment, but Pick n Pay must credit me. Pick n Pay refuses to do so unless i can provide a bank staement, which is insane as RCS isnt on my bank acounts. Now, i am being CHARGED NEGATIVE interset AND my debit order amount is double what it should be. RCS had NO PERMISSION from me to increase my credit nor do they have permission to deduct that amount off my acount. If no action is taken by Friday, i will block ALL debit orders to RCS and i will pay the amount i owe manually. Furthermore, i will go lodge a complaint and execersice my rights under the consumer protection act. You people wont know whjat customer service is if it fell on you. Get your bulls sorted out and stop sending me from pillar to post!!!
