Been a customer for over 20 years for what???

I am a platinum customer and have been banking with you for over 20 years, i have never had any returned debit orders and my account is in good standing., .. I wanted a smart phone and called your call centre and was rejected... why??? i dont know
I also cant get a personal loan and yet other banks offer this to me and i dont even bank there??
My home loan is with you and its on its 17 th year and this is the return?
I see that FNB is more interested in getting new clients but what happens to retaining us the clients that didnt just jump aboard the smartphone offer?
NOW everything i apply for is rejected... and i dont see why
Should i move my account and take other banks up on their offers??? since my business means nothing to FNB
