Want to change my account without my concent

I have a business transact account, which works perfectly for me. I said in the beginning that I am not interested in overdraft or financing or anything. It is a small business. Today I get a phone call, informing me that my account will now be upgraded, which makes me pay R52 per month, PLUS transactions. Originally I JUST WANTED A TRANSACT ACCOUNT. Nothing more. That is why I did it at FNB. What type of bullying is this???
