Outrageous Approach from Home Loans

Myself and wife are Private Banking customers with Standard. Current and last 2 cars have been financed through them as well and our Credit cards. We are both Permanent Residents of South Africa awaiting our green RSA ID books. Applied for a 100% bond with standard and all they care is about their own KPI's and how "they" can leverage off clients through fees etc. They dont have any regard for their loyal clients and dont apply holistic approach while looking at home loan applications. They would like to say that their business model is customer centric but in reality, its totally the opposite. They are only interested in meeting their own KPI's and getting their own bonuses and NOT looking at what the clients want. We are going to switch our accounts with immediate effect and moving everything to other banks.
