I have requested for a reduced home loan amount as I was on short time and applied for it in September the 17th 2013 and till now I had no feed back from the bank. I always have to phone you guys. The only answer I get is it is in progress. Cant tell me how far or nothing. I am trouble as you just keep taking the money but just don't give a continentol about your customers. This is one of the reasons I am thinking of taking my home loan to another bank as you guys have no sense of time or make any effort to help your customers. You guys are really useless when it comes to service. You take but never give anything.
