On the 21 November 2012 i was interested in taking out product call Justice 1st. Like usually they were willing to assist as they needed the sale. However once the agent assisted me i was told i should receive my documents via post in the next 2 weeks and via email in the next 3 hours. Which i had not received. Then i called in on the 7th February 2013 and i requested the information again however i was told the same thing again. I will receive my documents via post in the next 2 weeks and via email in the next 3 hours which i have not received as yet. I don't know what my cover is or even who to call should there be an emergency nothing for the Worlds most innovative bank your Service Line Agreement is pathetic. To knowledge as a consumer i should know what i am paying for and what are my benefits which i am entitle to. This type of work is totally unacceptable. Instead of mocking and insulting beep bank FNB should take a look at yourselves first.
