Wild goose chase!!

I have called to confirm if the acc has been paid which i was told was not so i went back to my insurer who sent me the proof of payment so mfc!!! then i call to find out if everything had been finalised and was sent from pillar to post always asking me for my personal details and not giving me a solution. even being given the legal direct number i was then reverted to the call centre after three times of calling only to find out that the person i need is on leave!!! the first person i spoke to just forgot to mention that and sent me from pillar to post!!! this is disgusting serivce!!!
