Please tell me what is going on!

Last month, i was advised that i missed my payments regarding my credit card and loan repayment-its completedly understandable as it was Decemeber, but what i also do not understand is-my debits always went off smoothly on the 25th-and each and every month without a fail it was deducted.
so why is there so many problems now? what other illegal deductions is being deducted from my account that i am not aware of
today again i receive phone calls and sms telling me that my account is in arraers
how can that be possible, last month i was pretty much aware that both the loan and the credit card wil be deducted double, which was deducted on the25 or the 26th of January-i have statment reflecting that
and please do not let someone response to me that is going to upset me even more like, the last complaint that i had-Nkululeko Sithole Dealh with it and he gave me no joy-Questions that is important for me to know he was not able to respond
Make sure this is sorted and i need to know what is going on in my account
and make sure im registered for my updates aswell
i can fax my statament thru as proof that those payment were made
