Neglect and Ignoring my claim

On the 15-04-2013 I took my car a BMW 120I E87 to BMW Autoglen for a service and when I told them I had cover with Motorite they told me they are fussy and would rather I pay them directly and claim from Motorite which I did, I then sent an email to Jerry who works there and to date there has been no feedback, I sent him the email with proof of payment and this is the second time that Im paying from my own pocket while I was promised excellent service and cover by Motorite. If they refuse to pay me back then Im cancelling my conver with them and would rather pay from my own pocket which is what has been happening. I'm frustrated and annoyed by their neglect or intergrity to even acknoweledge receiving my claim. I want value for my money not pathetic and rude customer service... oooh wait Motorite doesnt give any service except taking your money every month and they can hardly pay out a legit claim, thats nonsense I"ve had it with them if they dont take prompt action to reselove my claim I am cancelling my policy with these. They've never ever paid out any claim that I make (mind you these are all legitimate claims) instead I get ignored like Im crazy#fed up
