I am already an FNB acc holder and just recently opened a Business account. Everything went well from the time I enquired about opening an account till I got my Business Card. The problem started when I was unable to activate my account on-line and subsequently transfer funds into my account. Twice I`ve been called to ask why there are no funds in my account but when I tell them my problem, they tell me to go to a branch. I haven't been to a branch in months, however, beacuse I wanted to use my Business account, I went to my nearest branch. The queues where so long they where outside!! I cant believe that I am now forced to stand inn a queue to get this sorted out!! Why cant this problem/issue be fixed over the phone??! I have tried 3 times to return to the FNB (at Umlazi Mega City) however the queues are too long and I cant spend my entire lunch break standing in a queue, which at the end of the lunch break I will be no where near the front. No one has been able to explain to me why I cant transact on my account, which therefore leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth when I hear FNB`s slogan as they are clearly NOT helping me!!!
