I'm very upset & disgusted for no one being able to assist me or get back to me after being a client for 18years. I called on Tuesday to recall an EFT transaction for purchases. I was told to put in on e-mail (after speaking to about 10 people) I did this, the mail bounced, so I called again on Wednesday, was put on hold again for 40 mines, spoke to about 10 people again. Then was given another e-mail address. I sent the e-mail now to 4 different e-mails address, spoke to about 10 different people (no one gives reference numbers either) No one has come back to me! I was told I have 31 days to recall a EFT transaction, This is an internet I' trying to put an end to. It's a serious amount of money. Surely I pay bank fees so that ABSA can assist me when I have query? Surely you should look after you clients? I NEED TO SORT THIS OUT BEFORE THE ARTIST DRAWS THE FUDNS OUT OF HIS ACOCUNT, I HAVE BEEN TO THE POLICE, THE CASE NUMBER IS CAS 196/2/2013 CAN SOME ONE PLEASE URGENTLY assist me, or is it better to move ALL of our account's (Home loans, car financing, cheque accounts, credit card accounts) SHOCKED AT LACK OF SERVICE
