CLEARLY you and the bank DID NOT READ MY REQUEST!!!
The last sentence underneath read: " Can you please assist me in getting my
card".. SO CANCELING IT is your
solution??? /
SO how is this aiding me to get my card??? Please clarify this to me.
I do think after about 6 (SIX) weeks with no attempt to contact me at all,
the answer is totally unacceptable.
Can you please direct me to your superior or were I can loge a grievance?
I am currently to embark on an overseas trip and did contemplate to utilize
the facility of the card. Then this answer?
