I am highly disappointed in this banks service, where someone read the Ceo's of standard banks email where I explained and gave him all the details regarding my case that money was from my acc and the dept in Commissioner str is not much helpful with no concrete facts. I emailed Mr J Maree on the 21/01/2013, few min later I received a read reply from the bank but with no responds. I find it strange that so many in this month posted on this site for the same issues and was refunded they money, why am I not getting my money back. Why is my email being ignored. I know he has a lot of other things to do but ignoring a valuable client is totally inappropriate. Soemone could have at least picked up the phone or emailed and said they got the mail, they investigating the matter and will resolve it. Why must i go through so much hassle, this didnt have to go through to Jacko or hellopeter if people could just have investigated and refunded me. I only saw this amount the mon while in the bank, how was I suppose to have known if I didnt use my card and didnt have the sms facility to be notified. I urgently need my moni paid back please.
