I had bought a smart-phone thru FNB, the device was faulty out of the box and got replaced with a new one at Dot FNB Hyde Park. A month later I got charged instalments for two devices. My banker replied within 30- minutes to my email complaint and the incorrect charge was reversed the same day. Very professional and pleasant communication all the way through.
