MiWay's Dodgy Debit Orders

I was a client of MiWay for about a 2 year period, we moved to a different insurer for better premiums. Once we cancelled our insurance with MiWay, they still deducted money from our account. And not our previous Premium, but Random amounts ranging from R 240 to in the R 700's. This happened for months on end, even after I cancelled it AGAIN! I have contacted them numerous times and every time the promise to pay the money they took from the account (without permission) within 72 hours. Nothing has been done!

I am sick and tired of their empty promises! They owe me more than R 2000 that I feel they from me! This has been ongoing from April 2012!

But hey, I can't complain about their service... Because there isn't any!!!
