Still no answer from MiWay

I cancelled my insurance in October last year, Miway couldnt beat the quote from Woolworths Insurance. So hence I moved over. My policy was supposed to be cancelled in November 2012.MiWay have taken money out of my account and all the charges that go along with it. I emailed them last month and STILL no reply-or phone call! MiWay is very quick to take your money but not to return it! I will never use MiWay again and would not recommend their services either. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE-"but we would like to quote you sir". SHOCKING!
