I sent through a request to surrender my Policy. Its been two weeks now no one is getting back to me. I did not even get a courtesy call. I keep on sending emails through and phoning their Call Centre number without any success. I would like an agent from the liberty to contact me and let me know how far is my application. They said it will take 5 working days but till now I have not recieved my money.
